During their previous roles, they became aware of the untapped innovation potential in big businesses and were frustrated by the lack of an appropriate model to release it.
Having experienced different models of innovation, delivered in-house, through consultancies and agencies, and with start-ups, our founders learnt the hard way what works and what doesn’t. Their answer is intandem.
Chloe is known for creating a culture that multiplies people’s commitment, motivation and achievements – she goes out of her way to empower teams and bring out the best in others.
She co-founded intandem to re-ignite corporate innovation and make it more impactful for her clients. She hopes to leave a legacy of new businesses that she can point to and say “we were part of that”.
Driven by an ambition to improve people’s lives through meaningful innovation, Daniel’s relentless intellectual curiosity helps him grapple with clients’ biggest innovation challenges.
He strongly believes in amplifying the smarts and capabilities of teams around him. When he works with them lightbulbs go off over people’s heads, ideas flow, and problems get solved.
